Happy Diwali! Today, my worlds again collided when I was invited to contribute these chalk rangoli to the entranceway of my workplace. These are always fun but challenging, as I’m not generally a measured, planned, geometric style of artist; I tried to keep things feeling symmetrical while still leaving room for some fun. The marigolds helped offer some balance and movement. Thanks to the team at @bathandbodyworks for having me out, making me an awesome sign, and covering for me while I was outside coloring the sidewalk.
